adidas x Fanatics Fest | James Harden Vol. 10

The James Harden line turned ten. That anniversary landed at Fanatics Fest, a convention floor built for distraction, where thousands of people move fast and every booth is shouting the same volume. A decade of a signature shoe is rare air. It does not survive being put on a table.

I stopped designing a booth and designed a court. People do not stop for product. They stop for somewhere to stand. Every choice got tested against one question: would someone walk in, take a photo, and want to be seen in it.

I built the Uno Court around that. The back wall carried the timeline, Vol. 1 through Vol. 10, so the decade hit you before anything else did. The court was the photo moment with a Glambot on it. Parked at center was a pink Huracán wrapped in Vol. 10 artwork, because that car does the talking and the floor posts it before the brand says a word. The court wall held over 30 Vol. 10 colorways. Beside it, the Harden logo display with all ten volumes under glass. A POS at the back so you could leave in the shoe you came to see.

Then day two happened. Rayasianboy walked in with Harden and they revealed the Vol. 10 x Rayasianboy collab for the first time, right there on the court. It went viral that afternoon. Club 520 came through. So did Bogdan Bogdanović and Ian Jackson.

Our team ran the logistics and every frame of content that came out of it. I designed the room. What happened in it belonged to everyone who showed up.
