Flerish is a hydration brand. The brief was awareness. The real problem was that nobody could tell them apart from every other drink brand claiming to be a lifestyle brand.
I pitched them a different way in. How To: Flerish was a content series built around the moments people actually live. How to go back to school. How to survive a first date. Real situations, real personality, Flerish naturally in the frame. The idea was that if you make content people actually want to watch, the product comes along for the ride.
I led everything from concept through post, scripting, pacing, comedic timing, editorial rhythm. The goal was videos people would watch twice. The kind of content that builds an audience before it builds a customer.
It worked. How To: Flerish became the foundation of their brand voice. 12% increase in sales. But more than the number, they had a format they could keep building on long after we handed it off.
